Dialysis Clinical Manager

As Dialysis Clinical Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality in-center and home dialysis care. You will oversee clinical operations, staffing, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement to ensure safe, patient-centered treatments and optimal outcomes for people with chronic kidney disease. This role includes mentoring and developing clinical staff, managing care plans, collaborating with physicians and support teams, monitoring key performance and quality indicators, and supporting survey readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise dialysis clinical staff and daily unit operations
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered dialysis treatments
• Oversee regulatory compliance, documentation, and survey readiness
• Manage care coordination with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor and improve quality metrics, outcomes, and patient satisfaction
• Develop, coach, and evaluate nursing and technical staff performance
• Oversee scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation
• Implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practices
• Support patient and family education on dialysis therapies and care plans
• Participate in budgeting, inventory, and operational planning for the unit
