As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our post-acute care unit, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care in a compassionate and supportive environment. You will lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure that our patients receive the best possible outcomes.

• Direct and supervise a team of LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement effective staffing plans and schedules to ensure optimal patient care and staff satisfaction
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and clinical standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance patient care and unit operations
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to reduce readmissions and improve patient outcomes
