• Lead day‑to‑day kitchen operations with a calm, confident approach
• Train, coach, and develop back‑of‑house team members
• Maintain high standards for food quality, speed, consistency, and presentation
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are met at all times
• Manage prep, inventory, and ordering to support food cost and minimize waste
• Work closely with front‑of‑house leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement—creativity, efficiency, and smart upgrades are welcomed
