We are seeking a full-time Lead Wait Staff member who is passionate about delivering first-class service. This role combines hands‑on dining service with leadership responsibilities, including training new team members and assisting with catering events. The ideal candidate thrives in a refined dining environment and sets the standard for professionalism and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive, professional table service to residents and guests
  • Assist with catering setup and service for special events
  • Train, mentor, and support current and new wait staff team members
  • Ensure dining areas and service stations are organized, clean, and welcoming
  • Maintain high standards of food presentation, service etiquette, and resident satisfaction
  • Collaborate with culinary and events teams to ensure seamless dining experiences
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in upscale dining or fine hospitality preferred
  • Leadership experience or ability to supervise/train staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Professional, courteous, and resident‑focused demeanor
