Security Officer Dispatch Coordinator

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, answering calls, monitoring communications, and documenting routine and unusual activity for security-related operations;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner by dispatching the appropriate personnel and/or relaying information to site contacts and emergency responders when appropriate;
Monitor radios, phones, cameras, and other communication systems to support timely awareness of activity across the location;
Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, including times, assignments, and status updates related to security-related events;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when needed to support dispatch operations, noting conditions and reporting concerns according to site-specific policies
