Security Officer Hospital - Communications Center

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Operate dispatch communications systems to receive, prioritize, document, and relay routine and emergency calls to appropriate personnel;
Monitor alarms, cameras, access control notifications, and other security-related systems; communicate relevant information to responding personnel and supervisors;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures;
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift communications; conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter as assigned
