Overview
Lead Craftsman - Ace Handyman Services
Location: On Site - Columbia, South Carolina
Hourly Rate: $25-$30/hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full‑Time

- 5+ years of multi‑trade experience (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile, drywall, painting)
- Own reliable vehicle (truck/van) and toolkit
- Strong communication & customer service skills — client, supplier, and team interactions
- Leadership ability — overseeing projects, small‑crew management, diagnosing and directing field work
- Professional presentation — clean‑cut, organized tools, presentable vehicle
- Ability to pass a background check
- Experience in HVAC
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability
