Education Requirements- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, product labels, work instructions, and safety procedures.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler, Forklift Operator, Warehouse Associate, or Shipping & Receiving Associate preferred.
- Experience safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
- Basic computer skills with inventory control, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory tracking software.
- Strong attention to detail when verifying quantities, part numbers, and product condition.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced production environment.
- Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to learn new processes and adapt to changing operational needs.
- Experience with cycle counts, inventory audits, and material transfers.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and climb on and off equipment throughout the shift.
- Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials as required.
- Ability to safely handle products of varying sizes and weights.
- Comfortable working in warehouse and manufacturing environments with noise, dust, temperature changes, and moving equipment.
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move raw materials, finished goods, and packaging throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers while ensuring product accuracy and damage prevention.
- Receive, store, stage, pick, pack, and transport materials to support warehouse and production operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory locations, perform system transactions, and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Complete pre-shift equipment inspections and follow all OSHA, company safety, and forklift operating procedures.
- Keep warehouse, dock, and storage areas clean, organized, and efficient while collaborating with production, shipping, and receiving teams.

As a Forklift Driver you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.
