We are looking for a talented and driven individual who shares our values to join our team as
** Financial Controller**. Reporting to the Divisional Financial Controller for our Services Division. The Financial Controller will provide leadership and oversight of Coreas Auto Supplies Limited, Corea & Co (1988) Limited, Coreas Pharmacies Limited and Coreas Hazells Inc., whilst providing accounting services support to Coreas Building Supplies Limited., whilst providing accounting services support to Coreas Building Supplies Limited., ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, effective financial controls and sound cost management.

The role will also provide financial insights to support informed decision-making and broader business objectives.

The Financial Controller will be expected to bring strong technical expertise, sound judgement, integrity, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement, with the ability to translate financial information into meaningful business insights and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
** Key Areas of Responsibility**
* ** Financial & Management Accounting:
** Oversee financial and management accounting systems, ensuring managers receive timely, accurate and relevant information to support effective decision-making.
* ** Planning, Budgeting & Statutory Compliance:
** Coordinate the development of annual strategic plans, budgets and financial estimates in collaboration with General Managers, ensuring alignment with Company and Group objectives and regulatory requirements.
* ** Audit & Compliance:
** Oversee internal audit activities and ensure compliance with statutory audit requirements and applicable financial regulations.
* ** Accounts Receivable & Payable:
** Oversee the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, ensuring effective controls, accurate records and timely financial information.
* ** Fixed Asset Management:
** Oversee the effective safeguarding, management and utilization of the Company’s fixed assets.
* ** Treasury Management:
** Manage the Company’s financial resources effectively, ensuring appropriate cash flow management and the efficient use of funds.
* ** Team Leadership & Employee Development:
** Lead and develop the Finance team, ensuring appropriate staffing, capability and performance while supporting ongoing employee development and succession planning.
