Compliance Assistant

Client: General Engineering Construction Company
Location: West Covina
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 7:30am – 3:30pm
Pay Rate: $24-$27/hour (Depending on Experience)

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Upload Certified Payroll Reports to DIR website.
• Prepare and submit certified payroll documents.
• Monitor public works compliance requirements.
• Upload and track payroll and compliance documents.
• Process and track change orders.
• Communicate with subcontractors and project teams.
• Review compliance documents for accuracy.
• Assist with monthly payroll compliance reporting.
• Maintain insurance and compliance records.
• Support Contract & Compliance Administrator.
• Office support as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:

• Public works experience required.
• Labor compliance experience required.
• Certified Payroll experience required.
• Construction industry background required.
• Experience using LCP Tracker required.
• Strong communication skills; frequent interaction with vendors and staff.
• Experience with Textura, or similar systems preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects.
