The Administrative Assistant II provides administrative support to the assigned unit. The Administrative Assistant's responsibilities may include scheduling appointments, giving information to callers, composing memos and meeting minutes, providing customer service, handling multiple projects, and preparing and monitoring invoices and expense reports. In addition, the Administrative Assistant researches and creates presentations, generates reports, and represents management at meetings as needed.
Minimum Requirements- High School diploma or equivalent required. An associate's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office environment performing a similar level of work is required.
- Prior health care experience preferred.
$25.00 - $29.32 hourly
