Wealth Management Assistant

Trilogy Financial is seeking a detail-oriented Wealth Management Assistant to support our advisors in delivering high-quality financial planning and investment services. In this role, you will assist with client onboarding, meeting preparation, account administration, and day-to-day service requests, ensuring a seamless client experience. You will manage documentation, maintain accurate records in our CRM, and help prepare reports and planning materials.
