Corporate Director, Cancer Center Outpatient Oncology / Infusion Full Time Southern California
Salary - USD $190,000 to $210,000

The Corporate Director, Cancer Center Outpatient Oncology / Infusion provides executive level leadership for a state of the art Cancer Center and associated multidisciplinary clinics. Built just two years ago, this center has rapidly become a premier destination for advanced cancer care in Southern California.
Position summary The Corporate Director is responsible for overall management, strategic direction, and operational oversight of outpatient oncology clinics, infusion services, and related hospital based programs across multiple locations. This leader drives clinical operations, patient experience, and long term growth in close partnership with nursing, physician, and executive leadership.
Key responsibilities Lead day to day operations and long range planning for oncology and infusion service lines, ensuring access, efficiency, and high quality care.
Partner with nursing and physician leaders to maintain safe, evidence based, patient centered oncology care across all sites.
Oversee clinic performance metrics including patient access, volumes, patient satisfaction, revenue cycle performance, and regulatory compliance.
Drive process improvement, standardization, and enterprise wide initiatives to optimize workflows, scheduling, and resource utilization.
Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, monitor P&L, and report on key performance indicators to the executive team.
Mentor and empower managers and staff, fostering engagement, collaboration, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards related to oncology, infusion, and outpatient clinic operations.
Qualifications Bachelor s degree required;
Master s degree in healthcare, business, nursing, or related field preferred.
Minimum 7 years of progressive management experience in outpatient or ambulatory care, with significant responsibility for oncology or infusion services.
Direct experience in outpatient infusion oncology, including chemotherapy operations.
Demonstrated success leading multiple sites and driving operational growth, process improvement, and standardization.
Strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to partner effectively with physicians, executives, and multidisciplinary teams.
Experience with financial management, budgeting, quality initiatives, and strategic planning.
Experience with Meditech or similar EMR/oncology systems preferred.
