Best Buy in West Covina, CA is seeking a Field Functionality Technician to serve as the level 3 functionality expert for all electronic demonstration displays in assigned Best Buy stores. You will handle escalations of display and IT infrastructure issues, perform advanced repairs, and support premium audio & Magnolia Design Center systems.
You will install advanced audio/video displays, manage Savant programming knowledge for monthly changes, and ensure proper IT asset handling per SOPs.
