Join our team as a 2nd Shift Floor Care Technician (Mon-Fri 4pm-12:30am), serving various government and municipal buildings throughout Los Angeles County. Pay ranges between $21.50-$23 per hour depending on experience.

The ideal candidate should be reliable, not afraid to ask questions, detail oriented and able to perform specialized floor maintenance such as buffing, stripping, and waxing at various facilities. This mobile role involves travelling between locations, so a valid driver's license and dependable transport are required. • Pick up a Company vehicle from a designated location and travel to a different work site each night to perform scheduled floor care duties.
• Complete a variety of floor care tasks including stripping and refinishing hard surface floors, carpet cleaning and extraction using highly specialized floor care equipment.
• Inspect and take pictures of assigned work areas during and after work to ensure the work has been completed to quality and site standards.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned as needed.

• 2 years of floor technician experience is preferred
• MUST have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Extensive floor care product knowledge
• Working knowledge of multiple hard floor surfaces (marble, granite, VCT, etc.)
• Working knowledge of carpet cleaning procedures (shampooing, extracting, bonneting)
• Ability to perform window cleaning and power washing duties
• Ability to manage time effectively to complete floor care projects
