Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse II to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this on-site role, you'll deliver safe, high-quality patient care under the direction of physicians and RNs. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, performing wound care, documenting in the EHR, and educating patients and families. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, uphold infection control standards, and support care coordination.
