- Up to $21.45/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex and educate customers to help them find pieces that match tastes and budgets.;
Drive sales and client loyalty by leveraging product knowledge, clienteling tools, vendor training, and events, and promote loyalty and warranty programs.;
Maintain a clean, organized, and replenished sales floor with accurate presentation, pricing, and stock handling; support merchandise moves.;
Support inventory and fulfillment activities and assist with special events; ensure security and accuracy of merchandise.;
Meet or exceed daily sales goals and Client and Protection plan goals, and effectively use POS and digital tools to streamline transactions.
