You'll Do
- Lead audit engagements from planning through completion
- Serve nonprofit, private, construction, and governmental clients
- Mentor and develop audit staff
- Partner with clients as a trusted advisor
- Support business development and firm growth initiatives
- Drive quality, innovation, and continuous improvement
- CPA license
- 7+ years of public accounting audit experience
- Experience leading audit engagements and teams
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
