Compiles and maintains accounts payable records by performing the following duties:
- Embraces and actively demonstrates R&R Realty Group’s core values.
- Scans, indexes and converts invoices into Yardi.
- Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.
- Resolves vendor related issues with invoicing.
- Provide phone back up assistance to the receptionist when needed.
Associate's degree (A.
A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
