Robert Half is working with a fast-growing healthcare organization in West Des Moines seeking a compassionate and efficient Administrative Assistant to support clinic operations!

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients and visitors

Support scheduling, appointment reminders, and provider calendars

Maintain accurate records and assist with document management

Coordinate communication between departments, providers, and patients

Assist with basic billing, insurance verification, and data entry

Requirements

Requirements:

Administrative or Front office healthcare experience preferred (2 years)

Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment

Experience with Microsoft office
