We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Administrative Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to our team at Creative Risk Solutions. The role supports claim intake and assignment, maintains accurate claim records, processes incoming correspondence, and supports internal and external customers throughout the claims process.
Responsibilities- Review and accurately assign reported claims to the appropriate claims adjuster under established guidelines and supervision.
- Receive, gather, and promptly transmit loss information from insureds, claimants, internal team members and other stakeholders through the claims reporting system.
- Maintain accurate and complete claim documentation within company systems throughout the claim lifecycle.
- Process incoming Claims Reporting Services (CRS) mail, including scanned mail from the mailroom and correspondence received through paperless email accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry while adhering to company procedures and compliance requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Experience in property and casualty insurance or claims administration preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow established workflows, procedures, and processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance, balancing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
