The Iowa Clinic, a physician-owned multi-specialty clinic with over 300 providers, is seeking an Administrative Assistant on the Provider Recruitment team. You will support the Director and team, coordinate interviews, travel, and onboarding for provider candidates, and ensure a smooth interview flow.
You’ll maintain a detailed candidate database, produce leadership reports, handle billing as needed, and act as a liaison to Credentialing while presenting a positive image of the organization.
