Test Proctor

As a Test Proctor in the Center for Educational Enhancement, you will play an important part in supporting student success by helping ensure a fair, secure, and accommodating testing environment. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting students, we'd love to hear from you.

• Proctor exams and ensure exam integrity is maintained and students are receiving the correct accommodations.
• Adhere to multiple testing protocols dependent on the program in which a student is enrolled and the accommodations a student receives, including verifying student identity, following rules for allowable items, and allowing appropriate breaks.
• Collaborate with other testing officials about details of exams when needed, as well as plan the use of Academic Support testing rooms.
• Assist with preparation of daily testing instructions and materials.
• Create, save, and use files in Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in education, social work, or related field preferred.
• Dependability and punctuality are needed.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills while consistently maintaining a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
