CPP Clinics is seeking a part-time front desk receptionist to manage scheduling, greet clients, and support the clinic’s day-to-day operations. You will handle check-ins/outs, process payments, and maintain a welcoming reception area across our medical aesthetics services.
On the front lines, you’ll communicate with guests by phone and email, book consultations, upsell retail products, and guide clients through promotions and memberships while keeping a positive, organized workflow for 16+
