Job Title: Supplier Enablement & Ariba Operations Specialist
Location:West Des Moines, IA (Jordan Creek Campus) and Charlotte, NC (1525 W W T Harris Blvd)
Pay Range: $30.16 - $32.18
What's the Job?
- Manage unique supplier setup and maintenance requests related to projects such as Early Pay Discount and Virtual Card.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in Ariba Buying & Invoicing supplier mismatch reports, ensuring data accuracy during system migrations.
- Provide expert support by answering process-related questions from peers, managers, and external suppliers, troubleshooting escalated issues effectively.
- Conduct system testing, report defects, and collaborate on system enhancements to optimize procurement processes.
- Partner with suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support for transacting in Ariba platform.
- Experience with supplier onboarding, Ariba, and People Soft systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
- Prior experience in supply chain operations or procurement processes is advantageous.
