The Claims Administration department supports the successful design and implementation of software solutions for our property casualty business partners. We are seeking a system business analyst to work with our PC Claims business units and technical areas for assigned projects and system enhancements.

- Serve as one of the liaisons between the technical areas and the business areas for Claims
- Collaborate with business partners and technical areas to develop and gather business requirements
- Complete high-level requirements, detailed business requirements and user stories for new releases and system enhancements
- Communicate updates and status regarding work status with project management, technical areas and related business partners
- Have a college degree or equivalent plus three years relevant experience (claims business processes or business analyst) required
- Able to work well within a team and have effective communication skills
- Able to document business process flows and claims processing systems
- Knowledgeable on agile software development and project life cycles
- Use analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex business needs
