Operations Manager
One of our clients is seeking a Construction Project Manager / Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion!
This is a full time, direct hire opportunity where you will earn up to $120,000 per year based on your experience. Plus enjoy an excellent benefits package!
Some of your responsibilities as Construction Project Manager / Engineer include working closely with PM,s Architects, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety as well as:
- Planning, coordinating and supervising development and construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborating with architects, engineers and more
- Supporting projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring alignment with budgets, schedules, and development objectives
- Assisting with budgeting, scheduling and procurement of materials and equipment
- Supporting bidding and contractor selection
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress, identify issues and support project execution
- Other duties as assigned
To qualify, you must have strong knowledge of construction methods. As well as the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or related
- Experience as Construction PM
- 3-10 years experience in construction engineering or similar
- Proficiency with construction management software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
