• Hybrid
• Monday - Friday
• 8-hour shift between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM

• Address inquiries in a call center environment by making or receiving calls to answer questions and resolve processing and cardholder issues
• Work online to resolve questions and troubleshoot terminal issues
• Reconcile a merchant statement accurately
• Work actively to complete the installation of merchant equipment
• Implement various tracking and reporting systems to monitor merchant activity, document merchant interactions, and inquiries on the network system

• High school diploma
• Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
• 1+ years of related experience, preferably in a call center or other direct customer response
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and great interpersonal skills
