We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a growing insurance services team in a hybrid, contract-to-hire opportunity based in West Des Moines, Iowa. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and can confidently manage a high volume of inquiries while navigating multiple systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

+ Manage a combination of inbound and outbound customer interactions, addressing questions, resolving concerns, and providing timely updates with a high level of professionalism.

+ Research and review policy information across multiple databases and applications to verify details, investigate discrepancies, and process updates.

+ Maintain accurate customer and policy records by entering, updating, and validating information with a strong attention to detail.

+ Respond to customer and internal inquiries via email, providing clear communication, status updates, and appropriate resolutions.

Requirements

Requirements:

Previous experience supporting customers in a call center, contact center, or service-oriented role.

Ability to effectively manage incoming inquiries and outbound follow-up while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Excellent attention to detail with experience entering and maintaining accurate records.

Proficient using a variety of computer applications and working across multiple screens in a fast-paced setting.
