UnityPoint Health is seeking an Experience Specialist/Receptionist for the West Des Moines Internal Medicine clinic. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, managing front desk duties and ensuring a welcoming, professional environment.
Typical schedule is Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a half-day on some Fridays. This full-time role includes benefits and requires excellence in customer service, accurate check-in/out, and coordination with clinical staff.
