Westcom Emergency Communications seeks qualified full-time Public Safety Telecommunicators to serve the City of West Des Moines and surrounding communities. You will dispatch Police, Fire and EMS and coordinate critical information between responders and the public.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of relevant customer service or public-facing experience; prior public safety work is preferred.
