Our client is seeking a motivated Customer Support Specialist to join their growing team in a contract-to-hire capacity. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Candidates should be comfortable communicating through phone and email while navigating multiple systems to research and update information.
Key Responsibilities
+ Handle inbound customer inquiries and complete outbound follow-up calls as needed.
+ Research account and policy information while accurately documenting updates.
+ Provide professional and courteous customer service through phone and email interactions.
+ Maintain detailed records and ensure customer information remains current.
+ Navigate multiple software programs simultaneously to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements
Qualifications
+ Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
+ Previous call center or phone support experience preferred.
+ Strong data entry and organizational skills.
+ Ability to multitask across multiple systems.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
