Springhill Suites by Marriott in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our front desk team. You will be the first and last friendly face guests see, handling check-in and check-out, answering questions, and sharing local recommendations.
You should be people-oriented with a High School diploma and prior front desk experience preferred. Be ready to stand/walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
