Full-time position Join a team of 2 surgeons (growing to 3!), 3 APPs, 2 Office Based RNs, and 4 Perfusionists Comprehensive Cardiovascular team includes 20 Cardiologists and 4 Vascular Surgeons CVS Co-management agreement with Iowa s largest health system Established adult general Cardiothoracic Surgery Department with a recognized Structural Heart Program participating in TAVR and Mitra Clip;
Maze procedures and Lead extraction Two designated cardiac surgery ORs and access to two hybrid procedural rooms Call 1:3 Research opportunities available Teaching opportunities with residency program Excellent payor mix Large referral base within clinic of over 270 multi-specialty providers in addition to an external referral base that includes 1.3 million
