Practice Overview
You'll join a busy, self-pay cosmetic surgery practice with full support from Dr. David Robbins and a dedicated team
Diverse case mix includes breast augmentation, mastopexy, abdominoplasty, liposuction, gynecomastia, and facial rejuvenation Build your case mix and the practice YOU want!
Onsite AAAASF-certified surgical suite with two recovery bays, advanced equipment, and no hospital call
Fully integrated with Coachlight Clinic & Spa-#1 provider in Iowa for Botox, fillers, and laser treatments - HUGE referral base!
Schedule
Full-time cosmetic surgery practice with complete autonomy over your schedule Ramp-up at a pace that is comfortable for you
No ER coverage, no insurance billing, and no hospital or trauma call
Dedicated team of PAs, RNs, and surgical assistants supporting pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care
In-house marketing team and streamlined EMR system to optimize patient consultations, procedures, and follow-up
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed base salary for the first two years with collections model - whichever is higher!
Partnership with equity ownership model - $1M+ opportunity
Percentage of collections: 35% (years 1-2), 40% (years 3-5), 45% (year 6+)
Sign-on bonus; 6 weeks PTO; CME and full benefits; relocation assistance
Candidate Requirements
Board-certified or board-eligible in Plastic Surgery
Fellowship training and/or demonstrated expertise in aesthetic breast and body procedures
Patient-centered, collaborative mindset with interest in long-term partnership and practice growth
Eligible to buy into practice equity after two years (CPP model with annual dividends)
