Lower Elementary Teacher

We are seeking a warm, reflective, and dedicated Montessori Lower Elementary Teacher to join our 6–9 classroom community. The ideal candidate brings curiosity, professionalism, and a deep respect for the developmental needs of the Lower Elementary child. We welcome applicants who are fully certified or currently completing their Montessori training
, including those in practicum. What matters most is a strong commitment to authentic Montessori practice, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine love for guiding children as they move into greater independence, abstract thinking, and social awareness.

In this role, you will help maintain a beautiful, orderly environment; present lessons with clarity and intention; observe children to inform individualized instruction; and nurture a classroom culture grounded in respect, responsibility, and joyful learning. You will partner closely with colleagues, assistants, and families to support each child’s growth and contribute to a thriving school community.
