We are currently seeking a full-time Environmental Engineer to join our Omaha/Council Bluffs office. Our team works with communities on a wide range of civil, municipal, and environmental projects. We are looking for a Professional Engineer who would work with Engineers, CAD Technicians, Construction Observers, Land Survey Chiefs and office staff in various capacities.

- Participate in Business Development, including initiation of client contacts and preparation of project proposals.
- Client contact including attendance at board or council meetings.
- Prepare detailed technical engineering reports.
- Prepare plans and specifications for specific projects.
- Work with Construction Observers/Resident Technicians during all facets of construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering with Master’s degree preferred.
- 5-10+ years of environmental engineering design experience.
- Experience in municipal wastewater treatment and drinking water treatment design and construction.
- Iowa or Nebraska P.E. license or EIT certification with ability to obtain P.E. license within 1 year preferred.
Following an offer, candidates will be required to satisfactorily complete employment reference checks, verification of professional licensure and/or educational credentials, a motor vehicle report (MVR), and a comprehensive background check.
