Promo Crew Job West Des Moines area,Iowa USA,Entertainment & Gaming

As a member of the Des Moines Buccaneers Promo Crew, you have a wide range of responsibilities. From assisting on-ice mini-games on gameday to attending community events in the offseason. This position is great for somebody with a passion for working in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

Assist with set up and tear down of the arena
Assist with the execution of partnership activations
Interaction with fans that enhances their experience at the game
Adjust to changes in-game plans on the fly
Attend a number of different events throughout the community, advocating for the Buccaneers
Build the Buccaneers brand by assisting with giveaways and promotions at non-game events
At events, set up and operate and tear down informational booths, mini-games, and all other event equipment

Requirements:

Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Willingness to interact with fans and other members of the community
Reliable transportation anywhere in the Des Moines Metro area
Some knowledge of hockey, the Buccaneers, and/or sports promotions or marketing
Customer Service oriented
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and select holidays as needed for games or events
