ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Client Service & Accountability:
  • Lead clients in making strategic financial decisions, guiding them through complex situations while ensuring alignment with their goals
  • Build and lead long-term client relationships, guiding clients through ongoing financial decisions and milestones
  • Execute financial planning following the CFP® code of ethics and standards of conduct
  • Collaborate with the Investment Team and Planning Team to ensure a coordinated approach to managing each client’s financial situation
  • Prepare for and conduct client meetings, including implementation and follow-up
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client questions and strategic needs
  • Lead the review and adjustment of client financial strategies to achieve goals and grow assets under management
Firm Operations & Technology:
  • Develop expertise in firm processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for quality improvement and efficiency
  • Maintain client records and manage the client management system database
  • Work independently while collaborating with team members to achieve objectives
  • Utilize software packages efficiently to support core responsibilities
Business Development:
  • Represent the firm at client-related and strategic partner functions
  • Network in the local community to grow the client base and enhance the firm’s reputation
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners
  • Set business development goals and actively contribute to firm growth initiatives
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration across client service, operations, and leadership teams
  • Engage in mentorship and peer support opportunities to enhance team knowledge and cohesion
Compliance:
  • Comply with all regulatory agency rules and company policies and procedures
  • Maintain required licensing and registration
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • 5+ years of business experience in financial, accounting, or related fields
  • CFP® Certification (or completed within the first year of employment)
  • Strong understanding of investments and ability to provide confident, evidence-based financial advice
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with software including client management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Morningstar, and scanning tools
  • Ability to identify and cultivate relationships with clients, businesses, and strategic partners
  • Successful completion of background check and pre-employment assessments
  • Problem-solving under complex situations
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and discretion

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with high-net-worth clients
