Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in West Des Moines, IA!

• Act as a strategic partner within the Treasury team to support liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and capital planning initiatives.
• Conduct detailed financial and business analysis using Excel and Power BI to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify operational efficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Translate business needs into actionable insights, using a data-driven approach.
• Independently lead analytical projects and initiatives aligned with Treasury objectives.
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards to senior leadership for financial planning and performance tracking.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Treasury functions, with a focus on cash operations, financial instruments, and risk metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Finance Analyst role, preferably within Treasury or Financial Services.
• Strong domain expertise on the Treasury side, including understanding of cash management, liquidity, and funding processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data modeling, dashboarding, and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively drive initiatives to completion.
• Proven "go-getter" attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Prior experience at a Big Four consulting or advisory firm is highly preferred.
