Responsibilities- Engage the model with investment scenarios, analytical questions, and market‑based reasoning tasks.
- Verify factual correctness and financial logic, assess validity of investment reasoning.
- Capture reproducible error traces and provide structured feedback to improve prompts, evaluation frameworks, and analytical depth.
- Identify where models oversimplify market behavior or misinterpret financial data.
- Background in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience in asset management, brokerage, research, financial planning, or related roles is valuable; entry‑level candidates with foundational knowledge of investments and strong analytical skills are encouraged.
- Familiarity with equity and fixed‑income markets, portfolio management, asset allocation, derivatives, valuation methods, financial modeling, risk management, behavioral finance, and macroeconomic influences on markets.
- Clear, metacognitive communication—explicitly articulating reasoning and decision processes (“showing your work”)—is essential.
Pay range: $6 to $65 per hour, rate determined after evaluating experience, expertise, and location. As a contractor you’ll supply a secure computer and high‑speed internet; company‑sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
