Loan Workout Contingent Resource Assignment

In this contingent resource assignment, you may participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Loan Workout. You will review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Loan Workout. You will receive direction from a supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Additionally, you will provide information to client personnel in Loan Workout.

• 6 months of Loan Workout or Commercial Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Ability to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

• Additional relevant experience in Loan Workout or Commercial Lending.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Support low complexity initiatives within Loan Workout.
• Review and address basic issues, policies, or procedures.
• Provide information and support to client personnel.
