Finance Analyst
The Finance Analyst will support the Global Accounts Payable team by processing manual invoices, researching ACH/NOC transactions, and assisting with payment-related projects. This role is critical in supporting peak production volumes and ensuring timely, accurate payments while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Process high-volume manual invoices.
- Research and resolve ACH/NOC payment issues.
- Support payment processing and other Accounts Payable projects.
- Maintain accuracy and quality while working in a fast-paced production environment.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with People Soft ERP. Experience with SAP, Ariba, or other ERP systems is a plus. Required Qualifications Accounting experience with knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Account Units (AUs), and Legal Entities. Experience working in a high-volume production environment. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Knowledge of electronic payments, including ACH and Wire transfers.
