This position will support the manual invoicing and payments team within Global Accounts Payable. The role involves manual invoice processing, ACH/NOC research, and other projects as they arise. The ideal candidate will have an accounting background, experience with ERP systems, and a strong attention to detail to ensure quality control.

Process manual invoices accurately and efficiently.
Conduct ACH/NOC research and resolve payment-related issues.
Review and validate invoices to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Maintain quality control standards in a high-volume production environment.
Collaborate with the Global Accounts Payable team to support various projects.

Pay Range: $40- $42/hr on W2
