In this role, you will assist our Wealth Management team in supporting clients and advisors, while gaining practical experience in the financial services industry. This internship offers exposure to client service, operations, and wealth management best practices. Additional responsibilities will include:
Reviewing portfolios Opening and maintaining client accounts Learning investment and annuity products Participating in financial planning activities As an intern, you will also participate in corporate activities designed to provide exposure to our industry, organization, and culture. Our internship program follows an 80/10/10 approach: 80% of your time will be spent performing meaningful work and project-based assignments within your department.

10% of your time will be dedicated to learning from and networking with employees in other areas of the organization. 10% of your time will be spent participating in shared internship experiences that provide insight into our culture, leadership, and business operations. What It Takes to Join Our Team:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Passion for learning new things and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional written communication skills. Ability to work in person in our West Des Moines, Iowa office during summer 2027.
