Sign-On Bonus $750

Responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service in accordance with the U.S. Bank customer service expectations. Works a specified schedule (less than 20 hours per week) during peak business times in a branch. Accountable for sales and service activities in all Consumer Banking branch locations (Metro, Community, and In-Store On-Site). Responsible for assessing and handling customers' banking needs, obtaining and processing customer/account information and selling bank deposit and loan products and services.

Utilizes the Customer Engagement Cycle to profile customers and identify opportunities.

• National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including, but not limited to maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record
• One or more years of related banking experience or commensurate training in sales and customer service experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Demonstrates a proven commitment to a unified customer experience by providing excellent customer service and models skills consistent with U.S. Bank’s Core Values
• Knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of all retail products and services
• Effective interpersonal skills, selling and referral skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
