You will lead secondary reviews, mentor junior underwriters, and partner with risk, compliance and product teams to evolve underwriting guidelines.
Hybrid work in West Des Moines with a Saturday–Tuesday schedule (10:30 AM–7:00 PM) and Thursdays/Fridays off.
