Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Location: West Des Moines, IA
Start Date: 03/30/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Schedule: 3x12s (36 hrs/week)
Weekend: Every 3rd weekend + holiday rotation
Call: None

• 24-bed unit with 2 ORs
• Patient Ratio: 1:3–4 couplets
• Patient Types: C-sections, vaginal deliveries, triage
• Drips:
  Magnesium, Insulin, Pitocin
• Scrubs provided
• Float required across campuses

• Experience in Labor & Delivery & Mother-Baby (required)
• C-section & vaginal delivery experience (required)
• Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment in last 12 months
• Active Iowa or Compact License
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN
