• Resolving guest issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
• Managing room reservations and availability
• Maintaining accurate records and reports

• Prior experience in a front desk or guest services role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite; IHG and Hotel Key experience a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Previous lead, supervisor, or management experience preferred
• Comfortable coaching associates and holding brand standards
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
