In this key role, you will lead initiatives and develop new sources related to recruiting and workforce planning. Experience with Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facility positions is crucial for success in this role.

SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Partner collaborates with key leaders to forecast staffing needs for roles designated by the Resource Center and to develop robust candidate pipelines. This role is responsible for sourcing, marketing, and attracting top talent in support of the organization’s mission, as well as formulating strategies to fill key leadership positions. The Talent Acquisition Partner screens, interviews, and advances candidates through the selection process, partnering with leaders to identify top candidates for on-site facility visits.

Additionally, this role oversees the end-to-end onboarding experience, including extending offers, maintaining consistent communication, and ensuring candidates remain engaged and on track throughout the hiring process. The Talent Acquisition Partner generates and analyzes recruitment activity reports and monitors hiring metrics to ensure staffing levels support effective facility operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Leads initiatives related to recruiting and workforce planning.
  • Partners with key leaders to forecast staffing needs, reviewing regular attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements.
  • Develops recruitment strategies including use of social media, community events and outreach, job fairs, school partnerships, grassroots recruiting, and development of new recruiting sources to acquire talent to assure vacancies are kept to facility specified levels.
  • Uses external scan tools to understand the market and educate key leaders on labor market conditions.
  • Understands and articulates the business line to market positions to potential candidates.
  • SOURCES and recruits to develop candidates. Pre-closes candidates during candidate intake.
  • Using Behavioral interview techniques, interviews, resumes, credentials reviews and assessments, determines candidates who meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities to be a good fit for the position.
  • Assure references are completed and reflective of the quality hire expected to meet Accura competencies.
  • Prepares salary offers and receives approval of the key leader. Prepares and extends the job offer, sign on bonuses, seasonal agreement, relocation agreements and any other incentives. Manages counter offers as necessary.
  • Maintains knowledge of benefit plans, incentives and corporate and facility policies and addresses applicant inquiries.
  • Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in applicant tracking system.
  • Provides Hiring Managers with guidance on interviewing, selecting, and on-boarding.
  • Oversees on-boarding process to assure activities are carried out to result in on time candidate start date.
  • Serves as administrator and subject matter expert on hiring software.
  • Manages projects and other duties as assigned or delegated by VP of HR or other key leaders.
  • Maintain and create records, reports, and documentation in accordance with federal, state and provider regulations.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects confidential data.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Applicant tracking systems, CRMs and HRIS systems with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with social networking and internet vehicles and tools such as emails, search engines, social media, blogs job boards
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Must be adaptable, flexible to changes, and able to prioritize and organize work efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with other departments and external providers.
